IMPORTANT NOTES (Please read)
- Noise Alert: The Spaces are great places to shoot your next video! However, due to the nature of the Epicenter for the Arts, where The Spaces are located, dance and acting classes occur at various times throughout the week. If you will be using The Spaces for video purposes, please contact us directly to inquire about specific days and times when competing noise will not be a problem. The Spaces are not responsible for outside music heard on video.
- Pets are welcome in The Spaces, but we require a deposit of $75.00 to cover the cost of cleaning any accidental 'spills'.
- The Spaces will charge an additional $25.00 for every five minutes of use beyond your original reservation period
